Receiving Centre ARC. - The UDC will, in real time,translate the outgoing
analogue protocols at the site to BS 8521-2 and
pass onto the ARC. But its more clever than just
that translation. As we all know that there is still
unpredictability over when Digital lines will be installed,
the UDC will initially lay dormant passing through the existing
analogue protocol. - NCS will then activate the UDC to operate as the Digital composer,
so the UDC can be installed today to operate in both
the analogue and digital world, thus removed
concerns over switch over timing and customer
readiness. - Communication to the ARC will be primarily via a physical
connection to the Internet, but we have a fallback position
of 4G built in to our equipment. - Want to use your specific IT
provider for the built in Router or SIM Provider,
