WHY Harmony?
Harmony is a flexible warden call system, feature rich and a system design that makes it a cost-effective
solution for a traditional warden call system. With the design being capable of operating on existing
wiring, the disruption of a complete system upgrade is minimalised. The Harmony Speech Modules
uniquely have a backlit LCD to provide plain English Text feedback to the resident of events and system
status. Harmony is feature rich taking the best of all functions from different systems and combining them
into one complete solution.

- Large illuminated Liquid Crystal Display, (LCD), on the
speech module communicating the date and time,
status of the system and local temperature. - Fully compliant and with the unique feature of dual
band Class 1 telecare receivers, Harmony allows for
any existing Tunstall c telecare devices to be re-used
or the addition of the cost effective NCS telecare
devices. - Integrated DDA compliant door entry with concierge
facility offer piece of mind to the residents and staff
with the addition of secure contactless access control. - Large illuminated tactile buttons on the residents
module, make operation simple and intuitive and
with the addition of an Im OK button and message
recording, the resident experience is truly enhanced. - Harmony has 2 concurrent speech channels allow for
2 alarm calls to be answered concurrently at the Alarm
Monitoring Centre, ARC. - Harmony has Hands-Free Speech allowing for more
natural communication between residents, staff and
the ARC. - All elements of the Harmony Warden Call System is
monitored to ensure system integrity is continuously
monitored and early alerts of any failures. - At the heart of the Harmony system is the Universal
Digital Composer incorporating the CENELEC
approved IP Protocol BS8521-2 (NOWIP) as well as
other open and standardised protocols offering real
future proofed Warden Call System.
