Acceptance
- The products are considered to be accepted by the buyer after 7 days of delivery. Buyers are advised to report the product damage before the 7th day of the delivery. After this period, products will not be deemed for return or refund.
Title and Risk
- The products shall be at the risk of the Buyer following 7 days after the delivery.
- Notwithstanding the delivery title in the Products shall not pass to the Buyer until the Buyer has made payment of all sums owing to the seller.
- Until title in the Goods passes to the Buyer the Seller shall have the right to repossess or otherwise recover the products in case of delay or no payment.
Guarantee
- Unless stated otherwise, the products are supplied free from defect caused by faulty materials or workmanship for a period of up to 12 months, and Reconditioned Goods for a period of up to 3 months, from the date of dispatch. This Guarantee only applies to goods that have already been installed.
Price and Payment
- The price (exclusive of VAT) for the NCS products shall be the quoted price of the seller and the buyers are requested to clear all payments within 30 days of the date of the generation of the invoice for the products.
- After the due date, interest shall accrue on the unpaid portion of the Price at the rate of 4% above the base rate.
Returns
- All products returned require prior authorization in the form of an RMA number issued by Network Communication Systems Limited only.
- Products filed for return will incur a 20% re-stocking fee unless returned under Guarantee, or due to shortages or damage.
- Authorized returns must be returned to Network Communication Systems Limited within 14 days of the delivery date.
- In all cases where the Goods are returned, they should be in their original packaging and the shipment number must be quoted.
- In case of shortage of products dispatched or the in-transit damages, NCS shall replace such Goods at the previously invoiced price.
Promotion Conditions
- NCS is the only platform with complete and valid information about the products. The product prices and designs may change as per the company’s decisions. We hold no liability to inform users before changing prices and designs. - Users will be accepting marketing emails only if subscribed to our email subscribers list. Users are free to opt-out of this list and once opted out from the communications list, the future emails would be drawn off.
